1.ApplicationSubmission

2. Document Screening
Applicants will be evaluatedcomprehensively based on the self-introduction form, suitability for thedesired position, qualifications, experience, and alignment with Purience'sideal candidate profile.
3. 1st and 2nd Interviews
-The first interview
It will be conducted by thepractical team, assessing job suitability and practical capabilities. The focuswill be on evaluating your fit for the position and job performance skills.
-The second interview
It will be conducted with theexecutive team for an in-depth evaluation of the shortlisted candidates fromthe first round.
4. Final Acceptance
After undergoing a pre-employmenthealth check, you will join Purience as anew employee. The probation period is 3 months, after which a regular positionwill be offered following an internal evaluation.
